About the Role

We are working with a sought-after multidisciplinary design practice known for its innovative and complex projects across the globe, which is seeking an experienced Bowl Designer to join its thriving central London office.

As an accomplished designer, you will have a minimum of three years’ experience working exclusively on large-scale sports or stadium projects, with strong expertise in parametric design and a solid background in documenting stadium forms. The ideal candidate will be focused on the design and refinement of stadium bowl geometries, using parametric modelling and performance-based design approaches. You will play a crucial role in shaping key aspects of the visitor experience, ensuring a design that is both functional and visually engaging.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading multidisciplinary teams and parametric workflows, while ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge international projects within an established practice. Additionally, you will be part of a motivated and talented team within a firm that offers hybrid working, prioritises employee well-being, and fosters a supportive, collaborative environment with clear opportunities for career progression, complemented by a competitive benefits package.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
