The Venue
Steeped in history and alive with energy, OVO Arena Wembley is one of the UK’s most iconic live entertainment venues. From its Olympic legacy to welcoming over one million fans a year, the 12,500-capacity arena has hosted the biggest names in music and global events for generations; a legendary stage for unforgettable moments.
The Role
You will make it your mission to deliver a welcoming and seamless customer experience at the OVO Arena Wembley, supporting the Box Office Manager in driving ticket sales, engaging audiences, and ensuring every visitor’s journey—from enquiry to curtain call—is efficient, professional, and memorable, with flexibility to support wider venue operations where required.
The Responsibilities
- Play a crucial role in assisting the smooth running and delivery of a show at OVO Arena Wembley.
- Assisting in ensuring the Box Office is fully prepared for event days, including helping to maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.
- Using our ticketing systems to assist customers with a range of ticketing issues to reach a resolution in a timely manner.
- The ability to work flexible hours across a seven-day week.
- Any other tasks deemed appropriate by the Box Office manager.
- There may also be additional opportunities outside of Show Shifts to assist with other adhoc Ticketing/Box Office duties.
