Box Office Manager

We are looking for a Box Office Manager who is excited by the opportunity to play a key role in the success of Park Theatre. Working closely with the Marketing team, you’ll help lead and develop our Box Office operation while delivering welcoming and accessible customer experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to build your expertise across Spektrix, ticketing, sales, and customer service, working with colleagues across Marketing, Development, Finance, and Operations, as well as in-house and visiting companies and co-producers.

The role will help recruit, train, and manage the casual Box Office supervisor team, coordinate staffing and rotas, oversee customer service, and lead on group, schools, press, guest, and access bookings. The postholder will ensure the team is confident and consistent in using Spektrix, while maintaining high standards of GDPR, PCI DSS, and organizational policy compliance. This is a varied role where you’ll have the chance to make a tangible contribution to how audiences experience Park Theatre.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
