This is a part-time, on-site Boxing Coach role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Boxing Coach will plan and deliver engaging, safe, and inclusive boxing sessions for children and young people of varying ages and abilities, including those from underserved communities and those with additional needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include teaching boxing fundamentals and advanced techniques, designing age-appropriate training plans, supervising drills and sparring, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and safeguarding standards. The coach will provide positive mentorship, promote discipline, confidence, and teamwork, and help participants set and work toward personal development goals both inside and outside the ring. The role also involves coordinating with programme staff, supporting community events such as tournaments, maintaining training equipment, and contributing feedback to continuously improve session quality and participant experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong boxing coaching skills, including technical instruction, pad work, conditioning, and session planning.
- Candidates should possess experience working with children and young people, with an ability to support diverse learners and those with additional needs.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of safety, safeguarding, and risk management in sports environments.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, relationship-building, and mentoring skills to inspire and guide participants.
- Candidates should possess strong organisational skills, including punctuality, reliability, and the ability to manage groups during training sessions.
- Recognised boxing or sports coaching qualification (e.g., national governing body certification) is highly beneficial.
- Experience in community sports programmes, youth work, or education settings is an advantage.
- Understanding of trauma-informed practice, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity within community work is beneficial.
- First Aid certification and familiarity with health and safety standards in sports settings are preferred.
