EMEA Cell Culture Sales Specialist

The EMEA Cell Culture Sales Specialist is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

This position reports to the Cell Culture Media Sales Specialist Leader, EMEA and is part of the Cell Culture Team in the RFM Business Unit working remotely to cover an area in the UK/Ireland Territory.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute territory specific plans to identify and convert Cell Culture opportunities into orders and revenue, driving growth within the territory.
  • Lead funnel development and progression through clinical phase analysis and opportunity conversion tracking.
  • Support the Spec Win program by driving early-phase adoption and ensuring continuity into late-stage and commercial manufacturing.
  • Ensure data accuracy and SFDC rigor to support reliable forecasting and demand planning.
  • Work closely with the Cell Culture team and Account management organization to lead strategic campaigns/initiatives that drive market share and account expansion.

Who You Are

  • Graduate or BSc degree in life science or closely related field
  • Extensive experience of technical sales and/or working within the Bioprocess; Biotech/Life Sciences/and/or Biopharmaceutical industries, ideally in cell line development, cell culture process development and/or manufacturing within an affiliated industry.
  • Willingness to travel within and around EMEA and Globally to participate in trainings, meetings, key projects and customer visits.
  • Strong technical C-suit and direct selling experience in a complex competitive industrial environment knowledge of cell culture production, upstream and downstream processes.
  • A proven record of leading key projects.

  • Ability to travel – Role expectation is 60% travel that would include overnight stays within and outside of designated territory, including EMEA and the US
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
