Job Description
Looking for a dynamic leadership role in immunoassay bioanalysis? We’re on the hunt for a passionate BPI – Immunoassay Team Leader to join our growing team at a leading CRO. If you thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment and enjoy guiding projects from start to finish, this is your chance to make a real impact.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead and develop a talented team of scientists
- Oversee ADA, PK, and biomarker studies
- Act as Study Director for GLP/GCP studies
Your expertise will drive high-quality results, build strong client relationships, and support business growth. We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years’ experience in immunoassay bioanalysis
- Proven leadership within CRO, pharma, or biotech sectors
- A solid understanding of GLP/GCP standards
While not mandatory, experience with:
- GLP/GCP compliance
- Bioanalytical requirements
- Project management skills
