BPIC Pathways

BPIC Pathways is a new initiative designed to help students and young people gain exposure to the construction and built environment industry.

We are currently developing the programme with our members and partners, creating opportunities such as:

  • Site visits
  • Work experience
  • Internships
  • Graduate opportunities
  • Career talks and industry insight
  • Mentoring
