BP3 Pipeline Job Post

BP3 is a specialist in Process Automation and we are seeking to expand our world-class team. We work with clients all over the world to deliver business automation solutions across various industries. Successful candidates will use their technical skills to solve complex business and system problems.

Role Overview

For this role we are seeking a passionate Software Developer with 2 or more years of commercial experience in enterprise software development. The successful candidate will feel at home working in a team and interacting with other cross-functional teams to produce a final deliverable.

BP3 is one of Camunda's leading technology and services partners and we will provide the successful candidate with all the training required to begin a career as a Camunda Developer. With time and experience this will be a firm foundation to step into a number of roles including Process/Solution/Business/Enterprise Architect and many more.

Mandatory

  • 2+ years working with in a development team
  • Full understanding of the principles of Source Control, ideally with Git, (but could be Perforce, SVN, etc)
  • Familiar with core practices of software development - Analysis, Requirements, Design, Implementation, Testing, Acceptance and Maintenance, etc.
  • Proficiency in writing professional, documented and well-tested code
  • Used to working with a Project Manager to give estimates and to build these into a Project Plan, or
  • Used to working as part of an Agile/SCRUM team
  • Used to integrating with REST services and handling JSON payloads
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of external and internal project stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience with BPM/Workflow and BPMN (e.g. IBM BPM/BAW, Camunda, Appian, Flowable, Pega, etc.)
  • Experience with Low-code App Dev (OutSystems, other) and/or iPaaS (Workato, Boomi, other) and/or RPA/IA
  • Conversant on software and architectural patterns
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Docker
  • Good exposure to DevOps - especially building pipelines

Optional

  • Experience with DMN for capturing complex business rules
  • Understands and can articulate how source control, CI/CD, containers and agile methods fit within the software development landscape
  • Knowledge of and experience with cloud computing infrastructure
  • Kubernetes

Education and Training

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Computer Science
