About the Role
An established, award-winning software company is looking for an experienced BPO Consultant to lead the design and implementation of customer ERP solutions. The role will focus on understanding business processes, defining future-state workflows and ensuring that each solution is configured to address the customer’s operational requirements.
Working across multiple projects, the successful candidate will lead discovery sessions, document requirements, support solution design and coordinate configuration, testing, training, data migration, and go-live activity.

What You Need

- Demonstrable experience implementing ERP/SaaS software at enterprise level
- Experience working as a Lead Consultant, BPO Consultant, Business Process Consultant, or in a comparable position
- Experience leading customer discovery workshops and capturing detailed business requirements
- The ability to analyse existing processes and design effective workflows and system-led solutions
- Experience creating functional and technical specifications covering: System configuration, Business workflows, Integrations, etc.
- Experience contributing to project implementation plans, schedules, and go-live activity
- The ability to configure and present system solutions clearly to encourage user adoption
- Experience creating test plans and conducting functional solution testing
- The ability to produce user documentation and deliver customer trainings
- Working knowledge of Lean and Agile delivery methodologies
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required
