Bradwell Maintenance is a well-established, property maintenance company delivering reliable, high-quality services across Greater Manchester. We work with landlords, letting agents and commercial clients and have built a strong reputation through professionalism, responsiveness, and doing things to a great standard.
An Exciting Opportunity to Help Shape Bradwell's Future
Bradwell Maintenance is growing, we currently have the team and capability to do more work, but we're looking for an ambitious, energetic and motivated Bradwell Sales & Business Growth Team Leader / Manager to join our management team and help drive the business forward.
Working closely with the Director and Management Team, you'll play a key role in leading our administration team, driving sales activity, developing customer relationships and improving the way we operate.
This is much more than a team lead role. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys a challenge and is always asking:
“What are we doing today to win more work, deliver it better and make the business stronger?”
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced office-based role at the heart of the business. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and developing our administration team.
- Setting clear targets, priorities and expectations.
- Actively driving sales and identifying new business opportunities.
- Managing & developing strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Closing sales by telephone, Teams and face-to-face meetings.
- Identifying opportunities for repeat and additional work.
- Ensuring quotations and customer communication reflect the quality of Bradwell Maintenance.
- Working closely with the Site Foreman and wider team to ensure work is delivered effectively.
- Identifying problems, removing bottlenecks and improving processes to resolve.
- Monitoring that completed works move efficiently through to invoicing.
- Understanding the control of costs and helping improve profitability and maximising overall business performance.
- Helping maintain a positive, professional and accountable working environment.

About You
We’re less concerned with formal qualifications and more interested in attitude, capability, and potential. We're looking for someone who combines leadership, sales ability and business awareness.
You are likely be:

Experience within property maintenance, construction, facilities management, property services or another service-based business would be advantageous, but we're more interested in what you can achieve than your previous job title.

- Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience + performance bonus’

Please note: this is an office-based position, so applicants must be able to reliably commute to our Dukinfield office. Please do not apply if you are unable to work from this location.
