Membership Manager
Salary: Basic of £27,000 with OTE up to £37,000
The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and personable Membership Manager to take ownership of our membership programme at our Canterbury site. This is a commercially focused role with a clear mission: grow our member base and keep it thriving. You’ll be rewarded directly for your results through a generous commission and bonus structure.

- Membership Growth – Proactively drive new member acquisition through outreach, lead follow-up, trials, and conversion activity.
- Member Retention – Own the full member lifecycle, identifying at-risk members early and deploying strategies to maximise retention and satisfaction.
- Relationship Management – Build strong, long-term relationships with members, acting as their key point of contact and ensuring they get the most from their membership.
- Data & Reporting – Track membership metrics, analyse trends, and report on performance against targets on a regular basis.
- Onboarding – Deliver an excellent new-member experience, ensuring every new joiner feels welcomed and set up for success from day one.
- Campaigns & Events – Work with the wider team to support membership drives, promotional events, and community initiatives that attract and retain players.

What We’re Looking For
- A natural relationship-builder who enjoys working with people.
- Experience in a sales, membership, or account management role.
- A target-driven mentality with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding goals.
- Strong organisational skills and confidence working with data and Customer Relationship Management tools.
- A genuine enthusiasm for sport and community.
