We're looking for a Branch Administrator to join us at Civils & Lintels in Nottingham!

20 hours per week - Mon-Fri

Role Overview As a vital member of our team, we’re looking for an energised and proactive Branch Administrator who will support the depot in not only meeting, but exceeding, our customer’s expectations. You must be self-motivated, detail orientated and extremely organised in order to manage workloads to set deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support members of the team in the day-to-day admin activities
  • Provide general administrative and office duties as required
  • Be active in formulating documentation
  • Order stock in for the branch when required
  • Provide support and data for reports
  • Support the sales team with event management
