Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and looking for a varied role within a busy branch environment?

We're seeking a proactive Branch Administrator at our Sutterton Branch to support our Branch Manager and wider team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent administrative support and customer service.

As Branch Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting branch operations by:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and PA support to the Branch Manager and wider team.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Managing incoming calls and maintaining the branch switchboard.
  • Processing invoices, delivery notes, quotations, delivery tickets, and other branch documentation.
  • Carrying out daily cashiering duties and liaising with Head Office.
  • Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and confidential information.
  • Updating and managing sales databases and branch records.
  • Supporting the sales team during events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Assisting with stock administration, including monthly checks of domestic items.
  • Coordinating communication across the branch to ensure efficient operations.
  • Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service and professionalism.

  • An excellent communicator with a confident and professional telephone manner.

  • Accurate and detail-oriented, particularly when handling data and financial information.
  • Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential matters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work using their own initiative.
  • Friendly, approachable, and committed to working as part of a team.
  • Professional in appearance and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established business where you'll play a central role in supporting branch success. Additional Information:

  • Start Date: Immediate, but subject to successful candidate's notice period
  • Location: Sutterton, Lincolnshire PE20 2ET
  • Hours: 40 hours per week – 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch)
  • Contract: Permanent, Full time, Salaried
  • Salary: Competitive, dependent upon experience, plus bonus
