Branch Administrator
We are looking to recruit a Branch Administrator to join our Team based in our Bellshills Office in Scotland. The successful candidate will support the administrative needs of the business, providing consistent and accurate assistance on matters relating to business objectives in areas such as customer satisfaction, profitability, and employee morale. This is a full time and permanent role.
Your Main Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Process offers, sales orders, contracts, invoicing, and final goods issue accurately
- Provide professional customer service and handle complaints effectively
- Create and update customer account and contact information
- Ensure all account and contact records remain accurate and up to date
- Maintain and process operational data, including payroll-related information, parts orders, and service planning documents
- Keep customer, contract, technical, and other relevant databases updated.
- Monitor customer interactions for signs of dissatisfaction or potential contract cancellation and escalate concerns to your manager
- Review and understand reports relating to contract renewals, outstanding quotations, and overdue payments
- Communicate regularly with customers, service teams, managers, and regional directors

Who You Are
- Previous experience within an administrative role, preferably in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills as will be dealing with a range of stakeholders
- Great knowledge of Microsoft Office and high attention to detail
- Ability to cope with a busy workload
- Able to work well within a busy team and support each other
- A self-starter and good multitasker
- Resilient and innovative
