Location: East London

Reports to: Workshop Manager

Closing Date: Aug 21, 2026

Purpose of Position

Process and manage all procurement transactions for the hub, ensuring 100% accuracy in D365 transaction capture, audit-ready documentation, and compliance with company procurement policies. Provide administrative support for petty cash management, travel coordination, and supplier onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • Preferred: Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, or Supply Chain.

Experience

  • Required: 3 years in an administrative environment (procurement environment)
  • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ERP system.
  • Preferred: Experience with supplier onboarding and invoice reconciliation.
  • Preferred: Rental industry or equipment industry exposure.
