Annual salary: up to £29,000.00

Branch Administrator

Location: Evesham

Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Please note: This is a fully office-based role located in our Evesham branch, with no homeworking or hybrid working available.


We are looking for a Branch Administrator to provide essential administrative support across our Evesham branch, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services.

In this varied role, you will work closely with colleagues, contractors, service users, and customers, supporting a range of business functions including financial administration, scheduling support, record management, and customer communications. About the Role:

As a Branch Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the branch and wider business, ensuring that systems, records, and communications are maintained accurately and efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting operational teams, managing documentation, and helping to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Supporting a range of administrative tasks across the branch and internal departments, reporting to the General Manager and supporting the effective day-to-day running of branch operations
  • Recording, processing, and responding to client, contractor, service user, and internal communications
  • Managing purchase orders, materials requisitions, invoicing, and other financial administration processes
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate data across relevant systems
  • Coordinating with operatives, supervisors, subcontractors, and colleagues
  • Supporting Health & Safety compliance activities, including monitoring compliance checks, ladder inspections, van stock management, and building compliance records
  • Assisting in maintaining accurate compliance documentation and ensuring records are updated in line with company procedures
  • Monitoring work and task progress and ensuring accurate updates are shared
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating access arrangements
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing documentation
  • Attending meetings and training sessions as required
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, customer care, and health & safety

Key Criteria:

  • Experience within an administrative environment, ideally within the social housing sector
  • Proven ability to manage administrative processes accurately and efficiently
  • Experience working to deadlines within a busy office environment
  • Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills
  • Confident using computerised systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Commitment to maintaining company procedures and health & safety standards
