Job Description
Working Hours
Monday–Friday: 7.30am–5pm
Every Other Saturday: 8am–12pm
About the Role
We are looking for a Branch Assistant to join our Wokingham branch. This is a busy role where no two days will be the same: one minute, you will be providing exceptional customer service to our customers in the branch; the next, you will be checking incoming goods or out on deliveries.

- Serving on the Trade Counter and answering incoming enquiries
- Processing quotes
- Maintenance of the branch, including stock rotation and general housekeeping
- Checking incoming goods
- Accurate picking of orders for delivery
- Carrying out deliveries in the local area
- Assisting with general branch duties
Attributes Required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great communication skills
- A flexible approach to duties and tasks
- An enthusiastic team player with the ability to make a positive contribution
- An ambitious outlook and a willingness to learn

Requirements
Applicants should hold a full UK driving licence.
