Locations covered: Ammanford and Pembroke Dock

Are you friendly, hardworking, and customer-focused? We’re looking for a Branch Relief to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service to our customers while keeping the branch running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide first-class service to every customer, in person and over the phone.
  • Support with sales by processing transactions, raising paperwork, and forwarding leads.
  • Accurately pick and prepare orders for deliveries, collections, and stock transfers.
  • Load vehicles on the yard and ensure goods are stored safely.
  • Maintain stock levels, replenish shelves, and keep displays well-presented.
  • Handle supplier deliveries, checking quality and quantity of goods.
  • Keep the branch, yard, and warehouse safe, clean, and well-organised.
  • Operate forklifts safely (training provided if required).

What We’re Looking For

  • Great communication and customer service skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.
  • Reliability and flexibility to support across different tasks.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in retail, trade, or warehouse roles is a plus (but not essential).
  • Forklift licence desirable — training is available.

Hours of work: An average of 41.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm.
