Position: Branch Assistant
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: 40 /week MON-FRI start/finish between 7am-5pm NO WEEKENDS!
Location: Williams, Unit 8, Timberlaine Trading Estate, Decoy Road, Worthing BN14 8ND

Here at Williams, an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we're looking for a Branch Assistant to join our busy and friendly team in Worthing!
This is a varied and active role which includes:
- Serving customers on the trade counter and over the phone
- Assisting with warehouse duties
- Delivery driving (if you drive, not essential)

As our Customer Service Assistant, you'll be:
- Maintaining the warehouse, including stock rotation and general housekeeping.
- Serving on the trade counter and handling incoming enquiries.
- Accurately picking orders in preparation for delivery.
- Carrying out deliveries in the local area (if qualified).
- Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.
- Assisting with the general upkeep of the branch.
- Processing quotes.
Ideally, you are:
- An enthusiastic team player wanting to make a positive contribution.
- Keen to support the team with a flexible approach to daily tasks.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Ambitious to progress and keen to learn.
- A great communicator.
