Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Branch Assistant to join our Aberdeen team – a friendly, close-knit environment where everyone plays a key part in the day-to-day running of the branch.

This is a varied and active role, combining trade counter sales, telesales, warehouse duties, and general branch support. If you enjoy being busy, working as part of a team, and getting involved in all aspects of the operation, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Serving customers on the trade counter and handling telephone enquiries
  • Processing orders and preparing quotations accurately and efficiently
  • Building relationships, developing accounts, and identifying sales opportunities
  • Assisting with purchasing and general administration
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the branch, including picking orders and goods handling
  • Maintaining a tidy, organised, and well-presented branch environment
  • Making local deliveries when required

What we’re looking for

  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in all areas of the branch
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused manner
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Experience in electrical wholesale or a trade environment is an advantage, but not essential
  • Product knowledge is helpful, but full training will be provided
