Job Title: Branch Assistant
Location: Stockport
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: £13ph - £14ph
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Branch Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting operations across the main office, front centre, and warehouse. You will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day branch activities.
**PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING SAP TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE ***
Key Responsibilities
Main Office Duties:
- Manage inbound calls and respond to customer queries promptly.
- Handle quote requests and process customer orders accurately.
- Track and manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient branch operations.
- Completing admin duties on SAP.

Front Centre Duties
- Oversee Click & Collect orders, ensuring timely preparation and handover.
- Serve customers over the counter with professionalism and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Warehouse Duties
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with stock control and inventory checks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the warehouse.

Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work across different areas of the branch.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Basic IT skills for handling quotes and orders.
