At Johnsons, we are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Branch Colleague to join our busy Bedminster store in Bristol, with a primary focus on our laundry, Dry cleaning and photo printing operations.
Position: Branch Colleague
Location: Bristol (Based inside Bedminster ASDA)
Job Type: Permanent / Part-Time
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week with potential overtime available
Start Date: Immediate start available for the right candidate
About the Role
As a Branch Colleague, you will play an important role in ensuring garments and laundry items are processed efficiently and to the high standards our customers expect. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll help maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the Branch.

This role is hands-on and customer-facing, so we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and someone who is bubbly and friendly with our customers.
Full training will be provided, so previous laundry or dry cleaning experience is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing laundry items safely and efficiently.
- Operating commercial laundry machinery and equipment.
- Sorting, preparing, finishing, and packaging customer items.
- Booking orders in and out using company systems.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure all items meet Timpson standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Supporting colleagues across the hub to meet daily productivity targets.
- Answering telephone enquiries and communicating professionally with colleagues and customers.
- Serving customers with a high level of customer service at all times.
