Branch Office Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

Full-Time | On-Site | Fixed-Term Contract (Starting ASAP until late 2027)

At CTI, our mission has always been simple: to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Branch Office Coordinator to join our team on a maternity cover contract, starting as soon as possible and continuing until late 2027.

If you're the sort of person who colour-codes their calendar, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role

As our Branch Office Coordinator, you'll be the central point that keeps the branch operating efficiently. Working closely with internal teams, customers and suppliers, you'll ensure day-to-day operations run seamlessly while helping to maintain the positive, collaborative culture we're known for.

What You'll Do

  • Be the heartbeat of the branch, managing daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Schedule resources for Installation and Service projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication and effective logistics.
  • Maintain an organised, professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Support the Inside Sales team with administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Manage shipping and receiving activities.
  • Track orders and provide updates as required.
  • Carry out general office administration duties and provide wider business support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
