Position: Branch Manager

Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum DOE

Hours: 40 /week MON-FRI 08:30-17:00 / 07:00-15:30 ROTA NO WEEKENDS!

Location: Williams, Clifton Road Industrial Estate, Cambridge CB1 7EA

Here at Williams, an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we're looking for a talented, highly motivated and inspirational leader to be our next Branch Manager of our team in Cambridge!

To achieve this, we will provide you with an individualised and comprehensive onboarding and continuous development programme, including:

Previous exposure working in a similar position within a plumbing and heating merchant is essential.

As a Branch Manager, you'll be:

  • Building strong, lasting relationships with trade customers and becoming their go-to partner for plumbing, heating and renewables solutions.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider business to deliver our promise of Best Product, Best Price, and Best Service.
  • Growing the branch through new business development and maximising opportunities with existing customers.
  • Taking full responsibility for the success of your branch — from sales and service to safety and standards.
  • Leading, motivating and developing your branch team to deliver outstanding service and results.
  • Driving sales and performance, ensuring your branch achieves (and exceeds) its targets.
