The family is in their fifth generation and plays a hands-on role in running the business. Most people know us for our stairlifts. Our range of products includes lifts, escalators, and homelifts. We also provide maintenance and repair services.

At Stannah, we're trusted to keep people and goods moving safely every day. We're looking for an experienced, commercially focused Branch Manager to lead our London Infrastructure Service Branch in Orpington.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important operation that delivers maintenance, repair and 24-hour callout services for lifts, escalators, moving walkways and lifting equipment across London's infrastructure network.
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the branch, leading a team of dedicated professionals while ensuring the highest standards of safety, customer service and operational performance. You will drive sustainable business growth, develop strong customer relationships and create an environment where people can thrive and perform at their best.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.15 and Friday 8am - 3.45pm (These hours may change dependant on the business needs)

- Lead the branch to deliver safe, high-quality service and maintenance for lifts, escalators and lifting equipment.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are always met and promoted across all branch activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering excellent levels of customer service.
- Manage branch performance, resources and budgets to achieve business plan and profitability targets.
- Develop, support and motivate colleagues to create a high-performing and engaged team.

Qualifications
Branch Manager Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Management (or equivalent qualification).
- Experience managing lift and/or escalator service operations.
- Proven leadership experience, including leading managers and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to safety, customer service and delivering on promises in line with Stannah's values.
