We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven Branch Manager from within the electrical wholesale industry for a successful electrical wholesaler in Leicester.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a thriving business and drive it to new levels of growth and profitability. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of customer service, developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and delivering consistent sales, margin, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Growth: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed branch targets.
  • Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service and commercial success.
  • Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • P&L Accountability: Manage the full profit and loss responsibility for the branch, ensuring sustainable profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the branch runs efficiently and complies with company policies and health & safety regulations.

  • Proven sales experience within the electrical wholesale industry.
  • A strong sales background with a track record of achieving growth and commercial success.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to build a positive team culture.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and commercially astute.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills.
