Branch Manager - Glasgow (No Weekends!)

What You’ll Be Doing
As Branch Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing, sales-focused team. Your role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while fostering a strong, motivated team. You'll build lasting relationships with customers, maintain the branch’s top standards, and tackle challenges around stock, performance, or policies head-on. With your leadership, you’ll create a supportive, results-driven culture, setting clear goals and celebrating achievements together. Your mission is simple: drive success, develop your team, and ensure the branch consistently delivers exceptional service.

With a Monday-to-Friday schedule, you'll enjoy an excellent work-life balance:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Building Relationships: Develop strong, profitable connections with customers and suppliers, while motivating your team to deliver exceptional service.
- Branch Operations: Oversee everything from layout to safety, storage, and product accessibility, ensuring the branch is always well-organized and operational.
- Sales & Financials: Manage sales, margins, and overheads, ensuring targets are exceeded and financial performance is strong.
- Safety Culture: Lead by example to promote a healthy, safe, and positive workplace for both customers and colleagues.
- Team Leadership: Motivate, empower, and delegate to your team, fostering a collaborative approach that ensures excellent customer service and operational success.

Who You Are
You’ll need to be:
- Experienced: Skilled in managing a store or branch of similar size, with strong leadership, operational management, sales, customer service, and commercial acumen.
- Inspirational Leader: A passionate leader who delegates effectively, empowers your team, and promotes a "one team" mentality.
- Adaptable & Resilient: Tenacious with high energy, you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to everything you do.
