Branch Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our flagship Barnard Marcus branch in Muswell Hill, a thriving and highly sought-after North London location. The branch is supported by a long-established, experienced team and has been recognised as the best-performing office year-to-date, making it an outstanding platform for a driven and ambitious leader to continue its success.

As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of a high-performing business within one of the UK's largest and most successful estate agency groups, leading an established team while driving further growth and market share across the local area.

Your Role

As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance, profitability and continued growth of our Muswell Hill residential sales team. Leading from the front, you will motivate, coach and develop your team to maximise performance while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results.

You will play a key role in valuing and listing properties, building strong relationships within the local community and ensuring the branch continues to set the standard for excellence across the region. What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
  • A strong people leader with a passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Numerate, detail-orientated and results-driven
  • Full UK driving licence
