Branch Manager (Industrial Sector)

Company: Thorite Flowtech

Location: Skelmersdale

Competitive salary with company performance-based bonus and commission structure in place.

Thorite, part of the Flowtech PLC Group, is seeking an entrepreneurial go-getter to join the newly established branch in Skelmersdale. As a major UK-based supplier of compressed air, pneumatics, and fluid power products, we're looking for someone eager to make their mark by driving the success and growth into this specific branch.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to take ownership of the branch, manage day-to-day operations while developing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for liaising with customers, processing orders, replenishing stock, and providing technical solutions, while proactively identifying and visiting prospective customers to grow the branch's presence. Although you'll initially be the sole employee on-site, you'll benefit from the support of the wider Flowtech team based next door.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
