Branch Manager Opportunity in Bradford
An opportunity has arisen for a suitable candidate to occupy the soon to become vacant, branch managers’ position at our Bradford branch.
Reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager, the branch manager will oversee the operations of the branch. Their responsibilities will include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and increasing the location's revenues.
Requirements
- Approach the job with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for gaining a deeper understanding of the business.
- Good attention to detail & ability to multitask.
- Assist and participate in other activities that the directors consider important or relevant to this role.
- Excellent communication skills with team members and clients.
- A willingness to learn new and varied tasks.
- Participate in all necessary training to ensure fulfilment of the role.

Qualifications / Experience
The board of directors see this role as one which is demanding and requires commitment. It would be most suitable for an applicant who has experience in branch management or at a level of assistant manager and is keen to take the next progressive step. An understanding of the company systems and a willingness to adapt to suit ever-changing situations is essential.
- Training will be given in Budget control and forecasting ability.
- Experience in dealing with key large clients is an advantage.
- Will have experience of working in a branch environment and can motivate a team.
- Having good organisational skills, the successful candidate will also be able to display a good basic working knowledge of Microsoft IT systems, Teams & Phocas Software. Training will be given where necessary to improve upon these areas.
- The ability to work and lead a team in what can be a pressure environment & multitasking, often working to deadlines is necessary.
