About This Role
Are you an experienced Branch Manager, Rental Manager or Operations Manager looking for your next opportunity in the energy solutions sector? As Branch Manager at Dawsongroup Energy Solutions in Milton Keynes, you will lead the branch, balancing commercial performance, customer service and operational excellence.
- Take ownership of branch revenue, budgets and profitability, maximising fleet utilisation and supporting business growth.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective handovers, regular reviews and a focus on customer retention.
- Monitor branch performance against operational KPIs, forecast revenue and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Oversee hire agreements, fleet maintenance, asset security and accurate rental records, invoicing and reporting.
- Maintain high standards of audit compliance, health and safety, legal compliance and day-to-day branch operations.
About You
You are a commercially minded leader who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems and delivering a consistently high standard of service. We value transferable skills and potential, so please do not rule yourself out if your experience does not match every point below.
- Experience leading, supporting or developing a team, helping people perform at their best.
- The ability to build professional relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues and external partners.
- A practical, organised approach to administration, financial performance and operational processes.
- An understanding of health and safety, compliance and the importance of protecting business assets.
- A focus on customer retention, team development and finding ways to improve efficiency and profitability.
