Lead a new branch. Build the future. Make your mark.
We're looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to lead our brand-new Mr Central Heating branch in Dagenham.
Purpose-built and designed for the future, this is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a modern branch from the very beginning. You'll have the chance to build on an established customer base, develop your team, grow sales and shape the future success of the branch.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of branch performance, driving sales, margin and profitable growth.
- Leading from the trade counter, setting the standard for customer service, teamwork and sales.
- Building long-term relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities.
- Creating a proactive sales culture by following up quotations, identifying opportunities and converting enquiries into orders.
- Coaching, motivating and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
- Managing stock, operations and the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.
- Maintaining high standards across the branch, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Helping establish one of our newest branches as the first-choice destination for plumbing and heating customers across the local area.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience within plumbing & heating, merchanting or a related trade environment.
- A successful background in branch management or sales leadership.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to grow sales while protecting margin.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operation.
- A natural relationship builder with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Someone who can inspire, develop and motivate a high-performing team.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
