Branch Manager Opportunity
Now, we're pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our successful team as a Branch Manager based in Skipton.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Basic Salary: £30,000-£40,000
- On Target Earnings: £50,000-£60,000
The Role
As Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales branch performance, leading your team to success, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving overall branch profitability and performance in line with business objectives.
- Growing market share across the local area through proactive business development and exceptional customer service.
- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Setting clear objectives and ensuring branch and individual targets are achieved.
- Conducting regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and team meetings.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local stakeholders.
- Winning instructions and supporting the growth of the branch's sales business.
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times.
- Managing and resolving escalated customer issues professionally and effectively.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to maximise cross-selling opportunities across the business.
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures.
- Supporting the delivery of the wider business plan and local growth strategy.

What we're looking for
We're looking for an ambitious and driven property professional who is passionate about leadership, customer service and business growth.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience managing a successful residential sales branch.
- A strong track record of achieving targets and driving business performance.
- Excellent people management and coaching skills.
- Strong valuation and business-winning experience.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team.
- A proactive and commercial mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A full UK driving licence.
