Lead an Established Independent Electrical Wholesaler

Are you an experienced Electrical Wholesale professional ready to take ownership of a successful branch and make a real impact?

Reward Electrical is a well-established independent electrical wholesaler based in Coventry. Since 2010, we've built an excellent reputation for customer service, technical expertise, and reliability. As proud members of the UK's largest electrical buying group, AWEBB, and active members of the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce, we're continuing to invest in our future.

We're looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to lead our Coventry branch, develop our team, strengthen customer relationships, and drive the next stage of our growth.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and commercial success of the branch. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and identify new opportunities to grow sales and profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high operating standards.
  • Grow profitable sales through existing and new customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage branch performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor Staff Call Plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure the branch operates safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.
