Branch Manager Full Time — 40hrs/week | Local Branch
Ready to run your own branch? A leading UK technical products and service business is looking for a Branch Manager to take full ownership of a local operation — team, customers, numbers, the lot.
The Role
- Full management of the branch — people, performance, budget
- Lead, develop and motivate a team of up to 6, including field-based technicians
- Drive local business development and hit sales targets
- Own customer service and quality standards
- Handle quotations and pricing within company guidelines
- Oversee inventory, stock checks and warehouse standards
- Manage health, safety and quality systems to ISO standard
- Provide technical support and hands-on product assembly know-how
- Key holder — opening, closing, running the show

What You'll Bring
- 2+ years managing a branch or site operation
- A proven track record in business development or direct sales
- Hands-on technical assembly experience — relevant qualification a plus
- Experience running quality and H&S systems
- Inventory management experience
- Forklift licence preferred
- Strong numeracy and IT skills
- The drive to lead a team and grow a patch as if it's your own
