What is this role about?

This role oversees sales, branch operations, and customer experience for their assigned dealership. This includes achieving monthly sales targets, ensuring high showroom standards, maintaining proper branch administration, coordinating logistics, and managing front-line customer handling. As the dealership network grows, this role will also support foundational after-sales coordination to ensure customer retention, smooth transition to service, and alignment with future service processes.

Sales Leadership

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage and coach the sales team to follow the complete funnel discipline (lead → test drive → reservation → release).
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, proper follow-up, and pipeline tracking.
  • Support local marketing initiatives including mall displays, partnerships, test drive campaigns, and fleet development.

Branch Operations & Administration

  • Ensure full showroom readiness (unit display, signage, cleanliness, availability of test drive units).
  • Oversee branch reporting, petty cash, documentation, permitting, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with regional operations for unit hauling, stock allocation, and release timelines.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and alignment of all branch-based roles.

Customer Experience & Retention

  • Lead customer handling standards from inquiry to delivery.
  • Respond to escalations and ensure timely complaint resolution.
  • Execute referral engagement and customer retention programs.

  • Ensure smooth customer handoff to the After-Sales team post-delivery.
  • Align with warranty processes, service appointment standards, and escalation protocols.
  • Participate in after-sales development initiatives as dealership service capability expands.
  • Support customer retention and CSI monitoring once after-sales programs mature.

Team Leadership

  • Conduct weekly branch operations and daily sales alignment meetings.
  • Mentor and evaluate staff, identifying development needs and performance gaps.
  • Build a disciplined, customer-centric, and accountable team culture.

What will YOU need?

  • Minimum 3+ years in dealership, automotive, retail leadership, or sales management.
  • Proven sales leadership and operations management background.
  • Strong communication, people management, customer handling, and reporting discipline.
  • Willing to be assigned in Baguio City
