Education Branch Manager - London | Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100,000+)
Progression: Fast-track route to Regional Director

The Role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment consultants into high performers.
- Drive strategic business development, building long-term partnerships with schools and education trusts across London.
- Manage overall branch P&L, operational strategy, and market expansion.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid background in education recruitment coupled with team leadership or management experience.
- Proven business developer capable of driving revenue and growing market share.
