Description
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Branch Manager to lead our retail team. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of the store’s performance, inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. About The Role
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Full-time
- Hours of Work: 42.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday
As Branch Manager, you’ll be a visible and inspirational leader, responsible for driving commercial success and creating a welcoming, solution-focused environment for customers and colleagues. You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage store operations, work closely with the Field Sales Team, and build strong relationships across the business and local community.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the store to deliver strong sales and margin performance
- Championing high standards throughout the site
- Recruiting, coaching, and developing team members
- Managing stock integrity, store audits, and financial controls
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies
- Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and the wider community
- Ensure compliance with transport legislation, company policies, and health & safety standards
- Deliver a safe, efficient, and customer-focused transport operations
About You
- Proven experience in a leadership role within retail or a customer-facing environment
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, stock control, and customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Confidence in interpreting financial data and managing budgets
- A strategic thinker who inspires and motivates others
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with a solution-focused approach
- Resilient and confident in managing challenges
