Description

Ainsworth Recruitment is partnering with a well‑established healthcare organisation to appoint Branch Managers for their South and Midlands operation.

The Branch Manager role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced recruitment environment, enjoys driving sales activity, and is confident leading a successful branch team. The Branch Manager will take full ownership of branch performance, growth, and recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • As Branch Manager, you will focus on growing the branch through proactive business development
  • The Branch Manager will build strong client relationships across the healthcare sector
  • You will lead recruitment activity, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high‑quality candidates
  • As Branch Manager, you will support consultants to achieve targets and improve performance
  • You will manage, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team
  • The Branch Manager will create a positive, results‑driven culture within the branch

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in Healthcare including recruitment and/or sales
  • Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships
  • Track record of achieving targets and delivering results
  • Leadership experience or readiness to step into a Branch Manager position
  • Commercially aware, resilient, and proactive
  • Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills
