Description
Ainsworth Recruitment is partnering with a well‑established healthcare organisation to appoint Branch Managers for their South and Midlands operation.
The Branch Manager role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced recruitment environment, enjoys driving sales activity, and is confident leading a successful branch team. The Branch Manager will take full ownership of branch performance, growth, and recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- As Branch Manager, you will focus on growing the branch through proactive business development
- The Branch Manager will build strong client relationships across the healthcare sector
- You will lead recruitment activity, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high‑quality candidates
- As Branch Manager, you will support consultants to achieve targets and improve performance
- You will manage, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in Healthcare including recruitment and/or sales
- Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships
- Track record of achieving targets and delivering results
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a Branch Manager position
- Commercially aware, resilient, and proactive
- Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills
