Branch Manager - Scania Purfleet (RM19 1TB)

Salary: From £80,000 plus an excellent benefits package

We're looking for an exceptional leader who can transform performance through people, operational excellence, and customer focus.

As Branch Manager, you will lead and inspire every aspect of the branch, overseeing and empowering your teams to deliver the premium service associated with the Scania brand.

As Branch Manager in Scania Purfleet, you will relish the opportunity to manage a large team and a 24-hour business with a broad customer base. Your scope will include our Customers, the Workshop, Service, Parts, Customers, and Health & Safety, all contributing to achieving customer satisfaction and the financial target.

Together with your colleagues in the Regional Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success as we drive the shift toward a more sustainable transport solution and highest in industry customer satisfaction. About you:

  • Strategic Direction – proven ability to create a clear and engaging strategy, inspiring high-performing teams through clear expectations, coaching, succession planning, and a culture of accountability.
  • People Leadership – visible leader who nurtures a brilliant team culture through a genuine passion for your people. You inspire the team to collaborate and to live out our Scania core values, by setting that example in all that you do.
  • Health & Safety – visible safety leader, who champions a proactive reporting culture, undertakes robust investigation and prevention activities, responsible for ensuring health and safety remain at the heart of every decision.
  • Operational Excellence – operationally minded, creating sustainable performance through effective workflow management, process discipline, KPI-led decision making, continuous improvement, and a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Customer focus – customer centric, building trusted relationships, using customer insight to drive improvement, and consistently delivering service excellence that nurtures loyalty and long-term business success.
