Key Responsibilities:
As a Store Manager at ChangeGroup, you will be responsible for:
- Maximizing Sales Opportunities: Ensure every staff member converts every customer interaction into a sales opportunity, from calling in customers to closing the deal and maximizing the potential of each inquiry or transaction.
- Operational Excellence: Conduct regular internal audits and spot checks to maintain the day-to-day running of the branch within agreed limits. Fulfill internal transfer and treasury requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead from the front, fostering a proactive approach among staff. Manage selling and customer service activities, ensuring staff competence to optimize sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Professionalism and Atmosphere: Maintain a professional approach with colleagues and management. Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere within the branch, keeping staff morale high.
- Security and Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and security procedures, ensuring all team members are fully trained and equipped with necessary skills. Keep the bureau clean, tidy, and fully operational.
