Branch Manager – Inverurie

Lead a Branch. Build a Team. Drive Performance.

MacGregor Industrial Supplies is one of Scotland's leading independent industrial supply businesses, serving customers across construction, engineering, agriculture, manufacturing, local government and many other sectors.

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Branch Manager to lead our Inverurie Branch.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys developing people, building customer relationships and delivering outstanding business performance.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation and commercial success of the branch.

  • Lead and inspire your team, ensuring excellent customer service, safe operations and strong financial performance
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales and develop new business

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience managing a branch or similar commercial operation
  • Is a confident leader who motivates and develops others
  • Has strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
  • Enjoys building long-term customer relationships
  • Can balance operational excellence with business growth
  • Is organised, resilient and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Holds a full UK driving licence

Experience within industrial supplies, merchanting, construction, engineering or wholesale distribution would be advantageous, although we welcome applications from strong leaders with transferable management experience.
