Relationship & Branch Manager
Birmingham (On-site) Full-Time
An established international bank is looking to appoint an experienced Relationship & Branch Manager to lead one of its UK branches.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded banking professional who enjoys combining relationship management, business development and branch leadership within a customer-focused environment.
You'll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of commercial and SME customers, developing new business opportunities, leading the branch team and delivering sustainable growth across lending, deposits and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial and SME customers.
- Identify and win new business opportunities.
- Drive growth across lending, deposits and customer acquisition.
- Lead, coach and develop branch staff.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare and present lending proposals.
- Work closely with Credit and other internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the branch operates in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience whilst achieving commercial objectives.

Requirements
- Previous experience within UK banking.
- Experience managing customer relationships and developing new business.
- Knowledge of commercial, business or SME banking.
- Lending and credit experience.
- Previous team leadership or branch management experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance commercial growth with risk and compliance.
