Connells Group is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our successful residential sales team in Abingdon.
If you’re an experienced estate agency leader who enjoys leading from the front, developing people and driving performance, this could be a great opportunity to take the next step in your career with Connells.
As Branch Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the performance and growth of the Abingdon branch, leading, motivating and coaching the team to deliver excellent results and customer service.
This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll be actively involved in valuing and listing properties, winning new business, building strong local relationships and developing your team.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
- A strong people leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Commercially minded, organised and results-focused
- A confident communicator with a genuine customer focus
- Resilient, motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
