Branch Manager - Putney
Location: Putney
Reporting to: Area Manager
Salary: £41,525 - £43,709 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus
Rota
- Week 1: Monday-Saturday (with one weekday off)
- Week 2: Monday-Friday

The Opportunity
As Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of the practice, balancing commercial performance with outstanding patient care. You'll lead and develop your team, build strong customer relationships and create an environment where both colleagues and customers feel valued.

What We're Looking For
You will be a confident and experienced Dispensing Optician with strong leadership skills and a commercial mindset. You'll enjoy developing others, leading by example and creating a successful branch environment.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Dispensing Optician
- Fully registered with the GOC
