Branch Manager - Ref: V353
As Branch Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of our Birmingham branch. You'll lead operational teams, support engineers in the field, ensure service delivery targets are achieved, and drive continuous improvement across the branch.
Working closely with customers, engineers, schedulers, and senior management, you will ensure resources are utilised effectively, service levels are maintained, and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
The Role Involves
- Lead and motivate operational and engineering teams to deliver outstanding service
- Manage branch performance against key operational and financial targets
- Ensure engineers and support teams are deployed efficiently and effectively
- Oversee customer service delivery and resolve escalated issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the branch
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Support recruitment, training, coaching, and development of team members
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality standards, and company procedures
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture

Key Experience / Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, or similar leadership role
- Experience within the Fire and Security, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field service environment
- Experience managing operational performance and service delivery
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and operational compliance requirements
Skills And Capabilities
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and service management systems
