Role Description

The Branch Manager role at SRM Electrical Warwick Branch is a full-time, Internal / External position based in Warwick. The Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, including managing inventory, coordinating order processing, and ensuring timely customer deliveries and collections.

This position leads and supports the branch team, sets performance expectations, and promotes a safe, efficient working environment. The Branch Manager engages with key customers and suppliers, providing product guidance, handling escalated queries, and maintaining strong commercial relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing in the Electrical trade / wholesale
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team
  • Proficiency in inventory management, order processing systems, and basic financial reporting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail
  • Comfort with using IT systems, stock control software, and standard office applications
  • Knowledge of commercial, industrial, and domestic electrical products and control gear is highly beneficial
  • Prior experience in sales or business development and a track record of meeting branch or departmental targets
  • Ability to work internally and externally to grow the business and to handle occasional manual handling tasks related to stock
