Branch Manager - Scaffolding - Newcastle

To manage, control and lead all aspects of the new Newcastle business

Role & Responsibilities

  • Accountability for the Operational, Commercial, Business Development and Financial delivery of the branch in line with the UK Business Plan.
  • Deliver Revenue and Profit in line with the Branch Budget
  • Full P&L accountability
  • Ensuring that the Branch operates in compliance with relevant regulations, legislations and company processes, policies and best practices
  • Develop hire and sales customers and margins in line with the budget and business plan
  • Monitor labour allocation
  • Effectively lead and manage all staff

  • Previous experience in Branch Management within the scaffolding/construction industry
  • In depth knowledge of the scaffolding business and able to demonstrate previous hands-on experience.
  • Experience in managing a large, complex, labour intensive, customer-facing operation
  • Experience of successfully running a large profit and loss trading statement
