Join National Windscreens, a leading independent windscreen repair and replacement company in the UK. We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our friendly and professional team in COLCHESTER.

With a nationwide network of fitting centres, modern fleet of vehicles and state of the art tools; National Windscreens services some of the best insurers, fleets and local businesses across the UK.

Role Overview

What will you be doing?

As the leader of your branch, you'll play a pivotal role in building and steering your team towards success, igniting their potential to deliver top-notch performance whilst ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.

  • You will engage with professional customer relations, building trust and maximising the opportunity to convert potential enquires into customers.
  • Utilising the IT systems, you will complete office administration tasks, including stock management and arranging customer appointments.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues and your customers.

Who we are looking for?

Our Ideal Candidate Will Be Computer Literate, Organised And Have Previous Experience Of Management Or Supervisory, Ideally Within The Automotive Industry, Together With:

  • High standard of verbal and written communication with a professional attitude and a great attention to detail to be a role model within the branch.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortably engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of stock management, cost and cash control and the ability to work towards key performance targets.
  • The ability to plan and work on their own initiative and have a good understanding of ISO management procedures.
