Branch Merchandiser
We are looking for a Branch Merchandiser to join us on a permanent contract within our Hobbs brand. This opportunity will see you focus on managing our brand merchandising team and play an integral role in helping to deliver continued stock efficiency.
As Branch Merchandiser you will be responsible for planning and trading all end uses by channel and grade including management of the end-to-end process of our Outlet and Wholesale trading platforms.
What you'll do:
- Own branch merchandising planning across stores, ecommerce, outlet and wholesale
- Plan sales, stock, cover, density and option levels by channel and grade.
- Deliver seasonal grading, stock packages and commercial range plans.
- Trade weekly performance, identifying risks, opportunities and actions.
- Manage stock flow, replenishment, transfers, recalls and peak stock levels.
- Partner with Buying, Retail, Ecommerce, VM, Marketing and Logistics.
- Build customer, brand and competitor insight through stores and data.
- Lead, coach and develop the Branch Merchandising team.

Who you'll be:
We are looking for a Branch merchandising professional who possesses extensive experience within a Merchandiser role with proven commercial success on bricks and mortar portfolios as well as online and global (UK and international). We would need you to demonstrate seasoned people management experience, managing effectively through a team of direct reports.
This role would suit a candidate with strong trading skills and excellent communication skills. Managerial experience with a keen focus on team development and empowerment is key for success in this role.
